Shipping Policy

  • Most orders process within 2-3 business days. Back ordered equipment will process and ship once the items has returned to stock.
  • We will not ship any orders to a P.O. Box until we have contacted the customer.
  • Saturday delivery is only available upon request. For Saturday delivery please contact us at 815-455-5572.
  • Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
  • Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS/USPS shipping holidays.
  • DCIEngravers, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
  • Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments:

DCIEngravers, Inc. uses UPS and USPS as shipping partners. We are confident that they will make every effort to get your package to you as fast as they can. We understand that from time to time problems occur. If you receive a damaged or opened package please contact our office within three business days.

Product Returns:

  • For any returns/exchanges you will need to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our office at 815-455-5572.
  • All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number (RMA). Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department.
  • Products must not be altered or tampered with.
  • The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
  • Please note customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance on return shipments. DCIEngravers, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.

To Return a Package

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by calling 815-455-5572.
  2. Send product with RMA number to the following address.
